Nigel Whitfield is a Partner and Head of the Business Recovery and Insolvency team at Lupton Fawcett LLP and was a former Partner at Lee & Priestley. He joined Lee & Priestley on 1 October 1984 and was Head of their Insolvency and Business Recovery Department. With more than 30 years experience, Nigel is renowned and highly respected. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency law. He has particular experience in dealing with property related cases and investigations.
